Pioneer SX-424 Tuner shaft question
I have a Pioneer SX-424 that has a bent tuning shaft (at the end of the tuner section). The bracket that holds the plastic whee that has the tuning string on it is bent forward. I believe the bracket is made from a cast material (from outwards appearances) which is my dilemma. Is there any way I can get this bracket straightened without breaking it? I would rather not have to take the bracket off of the rest of the tuning section in order to straighten or try to straighten it.
Any suggestions or does anyone have the part? The tuner board # is AWE-008-A.
