disc not spin

hi,

this service is really helpful but it seems not covering all revision.

the 303 that i just bought has a problem that disc NOT spin. i checked all power outputs are fine.

now, i am tracing back to MCES, which is some kind of feedback from pin 26 of SAA7011, called CLDE.

however, this 303 use SAA7020 instead of of 4040(counter) and 4060(PLL).

i can see about 56 ohm resistance between two terminals of turntable motor.
