How do you use this amp with turntable?

TT pre-amp

You'll need to get a separate turntable pre-amp. Usually sell for $25-35 online. Unless you want a KILLER pre-amp then you're talking 3-5X more.

us a car radio tape preamp use 5volts to power it assembly in side turntable and use screened cables
