AD-F640/S40 and AD-F620/S20

I was searching an AD-F620 service manual because i need look at the mechanical exploded.

I found only a part of AD-F640 service manual from a forum, i downloaded it because i was thinking that his mechanical is similar to AD-F620 because they have the same year product, same number of heads and similar looking (for example AD-F660, AD-F770, AD-F990 have the most similar mechanical and parts).

So i found and downloaded this AD-F640 service manual and i found on it a hand-written annotation that told AD-F350, AD-F270, AD-F660, AD-F770 have similar to AD-F640 mechanical parts :)

Someone can confirm me that AD-F620 and AD-F640 have the same or similar mechanical?

good work

Bye, Daniele (and sorry for my bad english)

Belts size

I need accurate belts size (part number 13 and 19). Can anyone help?

re: Belts size

Sorry about this late reply !
This deck uses the same belts as the ADF660,770 & 990.
Last time I ordered belts had to come from different sources.
The motor drive is 64mm dia.
These were from Jukebox Revival in Holland.
Turntable Belt 64. 64mm dia. 0.8mm thick, 4mm wide. 3Euros.
I'm trying some from Cricklewood Electronics.
FD6476. 64mm dia, 0.7mm thick, 6mm wide. £1-50.

The flywheel belt was from CPC AVBELT5. £1-07 inc.
71mm dia, 0.6mm thick, 2.8mm wide.

Cricklewood are OK, but you may get stung for low order value by the others.
The belts are relitivley easy to change on the 640, a swear box is required for the others from this stable !
