Aiwa AD-F780 belts

Hi, could someone please tell me where I can order the belts for this device. I need to replace them.

re-belts for aiwa decks

Hi, look at the belt attachments of this XK-S9000 since it is similar to your AD-F780

Belts for Aiwa Decks

Hey, thanks so much for sending this over. That is exactly how I thought it should go but evidently the people I bought the new belts from sent me one belt that is too big. It is supposed to fit over the two flywheels just like yours but it is too big. I have been pulling my hair out trying every which way to get this thing to fit. I guess the wrong part was sent to me by the vendor.
Thanks very much for your help. Keith

The schematics are fantastic except for advising on how the belts attach to the drive assembly. I have new belts for this deck and I just can not get both belts to fit appropriately. Its seems I can not find where they fit securely on the flywheels. They seem too big. When I disassebled the unit the existing belts had come off the flywheels so I have no roadmap for reassembly. Help????

Belt spool position

There is a "zero clocked" position that both belt spools need to be in, before you can apply power to the unit. Look for the markings to properly position the spools for belt installation.
