Aiwa AD-WX909

Aiwa's AD-WX909 combines a dual capstan, 3-head recording deck and a quick reverse, playback only deck for the best in recording and playback.

Deck 2 has a 3-head design for superb sound performance, with the separate recording and playback heads engineered for optimum response in their respective tasks.

In conventional 2-head decks, the same head is used for both recording and playback (and a the other head for erasure) so a compromise must be made in gap dimensions to enable adequate performance in both modes.

Other features of the AD-WX909 include Dolby B and C, HX Pro, Direct in CD inputs, double speed dubbing, feather touch logic controls and independent digital tape counters for each deck.
