Comparable to Yamaha for build quality with the level of finish that only the Japanese were capable of during the heyday of the monster receivers. Has a lovely mm phono stage and overall warm punchy sound. Huge power supply and caps give this plenty of reserve to take in its stride any transient attack. The tuner section is very sensitive and the built in aerial is more than enough to pick up a strong signal from most fm stations.
