I bought mine 1982 and still in use. Excellent sound. You canÂ´t separete taped material from original. I donÂ´t like dolby C but B is okay. I have taped lot of cassettes (TDK SA or SA-X) without dolby. This machines noise level is so low that you donÂ´t need dolby.

Certainly one of the better sounding 3-head decks of its
day with eyepleasing meters,its buildquality is
considerably lower than of the older models,say: AL-300.
Nowadays a collectors item and way overpriced in
the used market because of that. If youre looking for best
sound/price ratio you will find it elsewhere.
