Massively difficult to service. All outputs transistors (some 16 pairs) are soldered in. The bias resistors you need to sample to set the bias are buried under the output array, just inviting you to short-out the output circuit. The speaker protection circuit is so deeply buried in the assembly, I don't see how to access it while the power is on. Last, no where in this manual is a schematic of it or what it's monitoring. I'll update as I make headway, but I'm not encouraged, as I have a CA-200 (it's baby brother) in with the same problem.
