Grundig TK 241
1/4 Track Mono Tape Deck (1968)
The TK 241 L tape recorder may be used for recording from a radio set, from gramophone records or from a microphone. Playback is possible as often as you please.
The tape recorder is fully transistorized, therefore, ready for use after switching on. The TK 241 L is equipped with a transformerless push-pull output stage with 5.5W music power and a loudspeaker. Thus playback becomes possible without an additional amplifier and loudspeaker.
As a matter of course other amplifiers, eg Grundig radio receivers as well as an additional loudspeaker may be connected. If the tape recorder is connected to a radio receiver, recording and playback is possible via a single lead.
Two inputs can be mixed by means of the built-in mixing table. Recordings already existing can be superimposed (trick recording). All recordings may be monitored via the built-in output stage.
In using an additional amplifier you are able to reproduce two separate recordings at synchronous recording or add sound to slides and films. Two tape speeds are yours to choose from: 3-3/4ips for recordings of best quality, 1-7/8ips for economical tape use. Maximum playing time is 16 hours.
