The HA-6 is also known as the Lo-D model HA-505 in Japan. It has an exceptionally good MC/MM phono stage, with a quoted spec of +/- 0.2dB RIAA deviation from 20Hz-20kHz and low noise floor. The output stage is cooled with freon gas in a heat loop. All in all a very nice offering from the 1980s.
