You don't need be an expert to appreciate the great lengths to which we have gone to make the KD-V33 as easy to use as possible.

First we incorporated an auto-reverse record/play mechanism for sheer convenience. Next, a logic control mechanism for soft-touch operation. And finally, Music Scan, so you can quickly zero in on your favourite selections.

But don't forget that the KD-V33 is also designed for low distortion performance from any tape. For at JVC we never compromise performance.

Thanks to the JVC auto-reverse mechanism, you can record and listen to both sides of any tape automatically. Whenever you're in the mood, select continuous play and listen to your tapes over and over for hours on end. The JVC developed Flip Reverse swivel head assures extended high-frequency response even from the reverse tracks of a tape.

The KD-V33 provides soft-touch operation - no clumsy piano-key mechanical levers here. This means more than just soft touch operation; it means better durability and quicker mode change too. Thanks to logic control, operation is sure, safe and error-free at all times.

For years Dolby B noise reduction has been reducing hiss; now you can reduce twice as much with Dolby C noise reduction. It reduces noise (hiss) by up to 20dB between 1kHz and 10kHz, while improving dynamic range. Standard Dolby B noise reduction is also selectable for compatibility purposes.

Finding songs on an LP is easy: just look for the bands between songs and set the stylus down. The Music Scan feature of the KD-V33 makes finding songs on cassettes just as easy. Unrecorded blanks separating selections are automatically detected by this convenient feature. You can go forward right to the next song, or go back to the beginning of the present song.

The 7 LED indicators provided for each channel respond to peak levels with electronic accuracy so you can confidently record without fear of tape saturation or excessive noise.

The high-precision head of the KD-V33 has the high magnetic flux density and high linearity necessary for recording and playing metal tapes. Improved low frequency response is assured by the head's highly polished, hyperbolically curved surface. It's a JVC exclusive.
