In late-80's, many of us might have skipped a cassette tape deck, providing a high frequency response to just 17 kHz, even though the human ear starts lacking beyond 16 kHz.
I never rated these auto reverse decks as hifi gear. Still, this JVC deck is sufficient for the not-so-demanding ear. Proper functions, too. Quality to the build.
A nice deck, bearable to listen to. Not hifi.
