I bought one of these new back in the day and have recently gotten it back after many years of storage. In their price range these were superb amplifiers. For at least 10 years mine ran a set of 4 speakers with a combined resistance well below 4 ohms. It was commonly used near or at its limits and never had any problems. The sound was very clean and sharp. The dual mono setup and the then massive capacitors and the huge heat sinks kept it running cool. Even today after all of this time it is in good working order.
