Owned my B200 for 25 years and it combines the warmth of the legendary A1 with the control of the MF Pxxx series of power amps.
Not as popular as the A1, probably because it takes 72 hours+ to warm up (i.e. leave on permanently - must have been a nightmare to demo well), but when warmed up the extra power and control improves over the A1 with many speakers and gives more loudspeaker options.
Combined with a Planar 3 and Rogers LS2a the system would out perform one 3 or 4 times the cost. Vocals to die for.
I know this because that what I had to do to improve on it - still trying in fact. Having the unit re-capped etc. so we can set up the combo in my wife's summer house!!!
