Stereo Pre-Amplifier (1980-81)
The Beta 40 possesses a built-in moving coil cartridge head preamp that exhibits low distortion and a high signal to noise ratio.
A phono selector allows a choice of input impedances. The circuit design includes a CR type phono equalizer and new tone control circuits for extremely low distortion.
Other features include a headphone amplifier, record out selector, 4-gang, 32-detent attenuator type volume control and a rack mountable design.
