This amp has been in my family for 81 years its the amp that i grew up hearing rock and roll on and it blasted two 12inch 8ohm speakers in big boxes, i was shocked when i learnt how many watts it is because it is louder then you would think i think its down to the valves, there has always been a slight hum in the background when there's no music playing but ive been told that's normal, the amp gets very hot on the grill, it has good bass and good treble, and its still on the shelf behind me, i plug it in now and then to get that old feel and it works fine every time, its never let me down, i love this amp, them valves light up nice too
