re: Nikko NR719

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a signal meter for this receiver. Has anyone used a donor that works or am I spinning my wheels. Thanks

re: TC-K561S

Hello Folks,
I have the ES version (TC-KA!S) of the deck and I have a weird problem. (at least to me). The deck when it goes into play or record, sounds like tape is crunching and then like it wants to eat the tape. However, I pull out the tape and it hasn't jammed, but it looks like the tape somehow got cupped as there is a distinct line along the section where the tape has been played. What is happening and more important. what will it entail to have the deck repaired so it functions normally again? I bought this one as to have Dolby S NR and up until a few years ago when I was using it almost daily, I never had any problems with it. I also bought it as I figured 'high end' Sony was so much better. Any help from folks who own either deck version would be most helpful as well as appreciated.
