Yamaha's P1600 is an excellent sounding, robust power amplifier with plenty of power on tap. I'm using it for my home stereo setup to drive some power hungry, larger speakers and it sounds crystal clear and well defined with excellent imaging and no trace of coloring at all. In fact, it is on par with my much more expensive audiophile amp. The active cooling fans are so quiet that they're inaudible as soon as any music is playing, even at very low volume.
Signature Yamaha Natural Sound. I can only highly recommend it.
