QED P300 Power Amp output transistors

I recently acquired a "dead" QED P300 Power Amp. Investigation revealed that both pairs of o/p transistors were blown. They are marked as D100 and D200. The part identification on the PC board confirms this info. I need to know what I can use as possible equivalents for these transistors as I have been unsuccessful in tracing the originals. The D is not an abbreviation of 2SD. They are TOP 3 flat plastic packages and I believe that the D100 and D200 are possibly QED "in house" codes. Any info/leads would be greatly appreciated in assisting me "resurrect" the dead!

Re: QED P300 Power Amp output transistors

For anyone else ending up here in the future, I replaced the original transistors with BDW93C and BDW94C. Got good results.
Hope it helps.

Anyone at all with any information on this?
