Scott S71

Scott S71

This is top of line Scott speakers from 1975 to 1978, (others S series are from 73-76). This model has been replaced by the famous Scott Pro series. Scott S71 uses same tweeters/medium as the Pro100 and same Woofer as the Pro70 (12-inch alnico woofer from ROLA US). The tweeters are made by Philips and integrated in such speakers as Philips 22RH series or B&O speakers S series. Scott S71 has 2 tweeters for each speaker so it is really close than Scott TT Pro70 design.
The earlier model Scott S61 uses similar drivers (but only one tweeter and same medium) and less powerfull (60W).
