Why some Amplifiers produce Boomy Low ends ?

I have JVC AK 100, Sansui AK 100 and Yamaha R 500 with Yamaha Bookshelf spekers, WHy Yamaha R 500 sounds Boomy too me?

Try with some Other Speakers and see if same thing happens, if it fixes the problem then your Speakers have some issues , OR if any Crossover points are there in that amp i don't know that amp but some amps have crossover selection in that case Turn it off and see.
how old your Speakers are ?

Speakers are fine, only some amp/receivers produce boomy low ends... but Last week I got Pioneer SX-737 What an amazing sound ! Quit Warm !
