re: Trans Nova Twin-200

be kind for my English,
i am french and living in the french west indies Guadeloupe more precisly.
i owned 25 years ago this amplifier when i lived in France, it was a second hand.
after many years of very good service, one channel is becoming weaker, and so i didn't have the schematic nor the manual.

SO i would like to thank you very much for what you do.

maybe you can help me, do you know someone who can repair it (i have been obliged to buy another amplifier(ROTEL) but it doesn't sound the same.
i don't trust the technician here for such équipment, and if you cannot tell me who can do so
may be you can tell me where i can buy the componentin order to repair .
thank you in advance
best regards
jp woldemar

re: Trans Nova Twin-200

The only repair service is going to require shipping to Europe or the US. If you would describe using more words what you hear in the amplifier channel's sound that is the trouble, we might have answers for you. The circuit is very simple and very reliable. Weak sound or problems with bass or treble are not likely to happen. If one channel is silent, replace the fuses. No adjustments are needed after a fuse replacement.
