re: AD-M800

I too found the manual was no use for what I need, It is failing the self test on a tape, and I know there is an alignment procedure for that as I had a problem with it before and gave it to somebody else to do. Now I have all the euqipment and want to do it myself.
Does anybody know the alignment procedure?

re: AD-M800

Sadly the service manual is a parts list. I was hoping to learn how to change the drive belts. Mind you if anyone knows....? I'd be chuffed to receive some info

re: AD-M800

Where are you ?? I just had a drive belt changed in Footscray with a few other items that required some work. Excellent and working well. My problem is that I have lost the Remote Control for this unit.

re: AD-M800

Where did you have your deck serviced?
I need to do mine.... I reside in Worcester, Massachusetts......

re: AD-M800

Had the rack mount black model serviced by a cat here in Los Angeles. His name is Leon. He does these for pleasure! He has an eBay page and is well versed in Aiwa decks.

re: AD-M800

would you have Leon contact info? Price?
