Got this second hand as a replacement for my Sony DTC55es, as this one finally gave up the ghost. This Aiwa machine is in perfect working order, and I'm using it to copy DAT tapes onto CD via the pc for posterity. The recordings are old family karaoke and kids playing. Funny how they sound now, the kids that is. This machine is beautifully presented, works a treat and sound quality is top notch. Just about to try out if It plays the Long Play tapes I have. It plays the few pre recorded GRP company DAT's I have, with sound quality to die for. Absolutely love it.
