The Akai 1721 is priced for the budget minded, yet is equipped with a 4-track stereo/monaural recording and playback system, 2 heads, automatic shut-off, self lubricating 2-speed induction motor, tape selector switch, pause control and public address convertibility.

Available in walnut finish (1721W) or leatherette finish (1721L) cabinet.
