re: AA-930

The info here says these were 1974-75. I think I bought mine in about 1974. I'm listening to it now, and have used it almost daily, many hours per day, since it was new. That's 45 years, and it's still going strong, sounds great. Needs a couple light bulbs for the display, and maybe a bit of cleaning on some of the controls, but nothing that's stopping me from still using it.

I bought it to replace the Heathkit system that my father had bought and built in the day (a pair of W-7A mono amplifiers) which was starting to get a bit noisy. Now I'm using the info on this site to find what I need to re-condition those amps and put them back in service. This site is great!

I guess the manufacturers aren't making a lot of money from me, but I like quality stuff that lasts.
