Beautifully engineered - there's no other way to describe Akai's new 4-channel/2-channel compatible stereo receiver, the AS-970.

You're in complete control with 3 separate 4-channel modes (Discrete, SQ, RM), individual CD-4 separation controls, slide rule main balance control, 3 tape monitors, FM muting, high and low filters and tape dubbing.

Other extras include separate left and right channel meters and an automatic preset volume control. Even front panel remote control.
