Hello, does anyone remember reading a 1974(?) magazine review of this amplifier - I believe it came top in a group review of 10! - beating, the likes of Sudgen A48 (can't remember the other amps

I had one of these in the late seventies. Dam sliders were a pain so just used the bass and treble.t.Think i used a pair of celestion 22's plus either a Garrard ap76 or a Phillips ga 312(really into gimmicks in those days) I bought it on the strength of the reviews of the time. Was it any good? I honestly can't remember.
