Sonata AR30 fuses blown

Fuses F1, F2 3.15 AT on power input board:

looks like a short in main rectifier, main filter caps or power amp,
but remove four ceramic caps C60 ...63 near the rectifier first.

These are not reliable and can be short, are not really required.

Yes, I agree. I've seen the same failure on Sonata. You can replace these caps with better ones.
