This CD player is solid as a rock, it reads my most beat CD's without issue. I picked it up for $20, I spend more on steaks. Worth every cent.

This cd player was given to me by a colleague at work to save it from the tip. When my technics sl-pg4 started skipping and not seeing discs I put it into action. I found the sound to be improved from the technics having more bass and clarity through a Rotel RA-314 AMP.The display is large and can be read clearly from a distance . The build is very sturdy with front screws on the cd drawer to enable access for lens cleaning.Only criticism I have is there seems to be no volume control on the headphone output although I have to say the headphone output is good.
