Denon DCD-655 has Burr Brown PCM1702 DAC

The Denon DCD-655 CD player is fitted with two Burr Brown (now Texas Instruments) BiCMOS Advanced Sign Magnitude 20-Bit PCM1702 Digital to Analog Converters (DAC) from around 1993.
Some info from the datasheet for the PCM1702:
ULTRA LOW –96dB max THD+N, 20-bit digital-to-analog converter with ultra-low distortion (–96dB typ with a full scale output), very low noise 120dB SNR TYP (A-Weight Method), 16X oversampling rates, applications include very low distortion frequency synthesis and high-end consumer and professional digital audio applications.
