Exceptional build quality, unusually good FM sound, solid milled aluminum knobs. Case is virtually impervious to dust and slides out from top. Plenty of power and low-end punch, will drive four 8 ohm speakers happily. IEC power cord, output transistors mounted outside rear panel for maximum cooling, healthy 'loudness' switch as with most Scott solid-states. Rare. Robust build quality, carried over from Scott's laboratory division and beautiful internal layout. Definitely an unsung hero worthy of ownership.
