re: TRK-P6

This is a crossover in the Hitachi boombox Collection, due to it´s size there are plenty of room inside to make it all solid and firm but the soundpower dosen´t correlate to the size, yes you can play it loud (25w Music Power) the sound is clear but where is lack of bass and sound get a bit distorted at high level. They had managed to make it sustainable over long time of use, this specially concern the cassette player, button and knobs needs only a soft touch, Everything on the machine runs smooth and easy, including the mechanism. 25 years of use is not impossible. Positive are the unit come with a cd/line in on backside. So its look´s bigger than it talks, but the combination of simpliness a good building quality and lack of complicated and sensitive parts make it to a dependable and good choise.
