The JVC JA-S77 is a sophisticated stereo system component.

The units features include:

Power meters to indicate wattage when a pair of speakers having an impedance of 8 ohms is connected.

Bass and Treble controls to boost or decrease tonal response

Balance control to balance the sound between the left and right speakers.

Mode switch to switch between stereo and mono output

Subsonic filter to remove ultra low frequency noise from the signal

Loudness switch to change the tonal characteristics of the sound when played at low levels
