Funny, but this is the exact same amp as the very popular KA-9100 but for the champagne colored face plate (which makes it totally unique). This was made for the Euro market and not many of them made it to the U.S.A. I purchased mine from a soldier who had bought it in Germany when stationed there. This is one great amp and is the best integrated amp I have owned and even the best integrated amp I have heard. I have been an enthusiast since 1971 and have owned many integrated amps including Marantz (70's stuff not the plastic crap), Pioneer, Harman Kardon, Rotel, and others. This Kenwood KA-9150 is the only one of the lot that I refuse to part with. Dual Mono DC Powerhouse. Better than any integrated on the market today (see the frequency range specs!). I believe it, and if you can get your hands on one, you will too.
