re: LV-105U

It is a nice amplifier. The sound full, clear, detailed and balanced.

re: Luxman LV-105U

Does anyone have a parts conversion chart for the following three transistors and one diode on a Luxman LV 105u? Transistors part #s from unit. c3423 j115 k465. The diode is also from unit. 7301t3. The parts overheated on a bi-amp wiring into 4 ohm and the service shop has had my unit for 9 months without any progress. Thanks in advance for any help. It appears no one around Oklahoma City knows how to fix it........ EDIT..... Update one hour after posting.... . . . .In the process of writing this message, I became more suspicious of the part numbers the service shop owner was giving me. He had already had the unit 7 months and had run out of excuses, probably. It is possible that he has made up the part numbers, because I compared the above numbers he said came from the unit with the service manuals from hifiengine. No match I hope I am wrong.

re: Luxman LV-105U

Those diodes are 1S1553 and 1N4148 are similar.

C3423 = 2SC3423
J115 = 2SJ115
K465 = 2SJ465

re: Luxman LV-105U

I'm not that technical but there's another conversation on audio karma that is a little old but has become active in the past few weeks. There may be someone there who can help.

Good luck,
