very good receiver, only 35 watts but plenty of quality sound.
Read the impressive specifications.

Outstanding sound for the price, and dead reliable. Mine's been in use since 1991 with no problems. GREAT piece of gear!

re: R-113

Just purchased one and it brings new life into my old KEF C-45 4 Ohms speakers. Seems plenty powerful to me

re: R-113

The 35 Watts seems very reserved. I have it hooked to two Infinity Qa speakers and you would swear it had huge power.

re: R-113

My right channel is distorting and cutting out. Where is the RS1 relay located? I downloaded the service manual from this site but it is hard to find this relay in the drawings.

re: R-113

Switches and transistors work OK.

re: R-113

THANK YOU for posting the service manual!

For output transistors, these work just fine and are actually tougher than the originals: http://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Collateral/NJW0281-D.PDF

Front panel switches on mine are intermittent, and I'm going to try using p/n PTS645TL50 as a replacement: http://www.ck-components.com/14409/pts645_25apr13.pdf/
[ Tune up/down and presets. Switches along the bottom row are different. ]

Hello Bob
I have recently acquired this same model of amp and my radio switches are also flakey how did the replacements work out?
