Bought one of these from a local electronics repair shop (yes, at least 1 still exists). He went through it and though it's cosmetically rough, the sound is quite nice. I have it driving a pair of KEF Q1 which is a nice sounding combo. Does not get super loud, but for moderate volume listening at work it's great. Sound is smooth and fairly well detailed. Imaging with these speakers is excellent. Not many stations come in clearly here, so not sure about reception quality. I mostly listen via streaming into AUX. Have not checked out phono section yet.
