Marantz 2245

I just got me a Marantz 2245 Reciever and I love the sound it produces ecspecially when amplifying the turntable signal. And it's a beauty too!
I just don't understand the "dubbing" function. Does anybody know what that is / does? Thanx for advice!

"dubbing" function

The dubbing feature is to go from tape deck to tape deck using both the front and back jacks

Iam looking for the owners manual to see if i can run it to another modern amp so that i can still play my turntable.I cant find any such manual on this site: <

Marantz 2245

It has a pre / mail ampli. in/out on the backside which is normally bridged.
So you can use 2245 as a preamp and you can connect a modern power ampli. to it. Regards,
