PM-17 Mk II input selector / input noise / repair

- Popping noise when switching between CD and other inputs;
- Low frequency noise on CD:

CD input buffer can be damaged by ESD etc.
It is located on the RCA input board.

In the schematic IC Q301 has the name OPA2064, but it is in fact an OPA2604 Dual Opamp.

It can be damaged when plugging cables in etc. The supply resistors R324, R325 470 ohms
will run hot as consequence, elcaps C315, C316 100µF 25 volts can suffer.

Signal may still be good, but probably noisy and with offset.

My workaround was to pull the IC and connect in and out, that is pin 3 and 1 for one as well as
5 and 7 for the other channel of the IC buffer. The buffer itself is not necessary.
