Music Hall cd25

I purchased a used Music Hall cd25 a few years ago, and was concerned when I saw that it was "made in China". I couldn't stay worried as the sound was so much more "musical" and involving than the various players I had been using previously, or any of the new CD players at similar "New" MSRPs I had been auditioning. It continues to be faultless and renders a very large and accurate soundfield from my CDs. All the online searches I have done and magazine reviews point out how the Music Hall units are being assembled by a small company with careful quality component selection to deliver great value. Socketed op-amps allow for easy upgrades, avaliable aftermarket mods can more than double the MSRP, and can only be judged in the context of the system the player is connected to. Optical (TOSLINK) Digital output only (if you need co-ax digital, try the Rotel CD players).
