i cant say much negative about his receiver. its deceptively powerful and seems like it has far more power than 50 watts rms. it pushes my boston acoustic a100 speakers just as hard as both my yamaha ax 500u and pioneer 1080 sx. it has a very full sound and while not quite as warm sounding as the nakamichi sr series its still not bad. the tuner section gathers all the radio stations in my area without an antenna and i also like the variable loudness. it has all the audio connections you will likely need with cd tape video aux and phono. the pre outs are also a nice feature. if you can find it for 75 dollars or less take a chance you will enjoy it
