AM/FM T-Locked Stereo Receiver (1979-80)
Automatic T-locked FM fine tuning and big power output makes the NR-1019 an uncompromising addition to the top-of-the-line stereo system.
You would expect Nikko to exceed all other receivers in function and operation, but not perhaps to this extent.
Features include dual gate MOS FET front end in the FM tuner circuitry, phase locked loop in the stereo multiplex section, a regulated power supply, low noise phono preamp, DC power amp, and elaborate protection system.
Continuous power output is 70 watts per channel, minimum RMS, into 8 ohms, from 20 to 20kHz with total harmonic distortion at 0.03%.

- a splendid apparatus, at a surpriceingly moderate price as new in 1979, at 200 £ a ought to have been bestseller but they who did buy it then really hit the jackpot, magnificent sound !
