No Complaints. Amazing 8-Track Deck. Takes the 8-track tape to the next level. Amazing playback quality and great features. Wow/flutter lower than some cassette decks! If you want to spend a lot of cha-ching on an 8-track player, get this one, there is none better, no not one.

In my experience, it's one of the two best machines for this (admittedly hamstrung) format. With good tape and Dolby used, it hangs with the best of the 3.75ips RTR machines that I own/use. Not perfect, and nothing gets rid of the Kuh-Klunk but W&F, hiss and crosstalk can be nulled out on all but the most incompetently duplicated pre-recorded tapes. I own two, and they pretty much finished out my revisitation of the format. Sounds better than you remember it sounding. One reason is nearly every machine you could hear back in the day didn't have this much quality. It was a lot of money to spend on an 8 track recorder.
