Pioneer R-700

The R-700 was created to offer a rich, new sound experience, distinguished by new sound dynamics and superb transient characteristics.

Each component part of the system was chosen to match perfectly with the cone paper material and reaching out to the all important crossover networks.

The system was tested for hundreds of hour under severe laboratory conditions for measurement of all physical and performance characteristics.

The result of this research and testing are characteristics that go well beyond the norm of conventional systems in such areas as frequency range, directionality, transient characteristics, harmonic distortion and intermodulation distortion - all the vital factors for sound quality in any speaker system.

You'll sense the improved sound quality the first time you sit to listen to the R-700.

The bass response is rich, full and transient. The mid and high ranges are sharp, crisp and alive. All in all, a perfect achievement in sound for the sound perfectionist.
