Saw one of these on Ebay and was wondering how the newer Pioneer amps compare to the older SX series.

These do have sheer power for a modern "100 watt per channel" receiver. Clean sounding too. Key issue is dimming of the display over time. Of all the BPC receivers I service / check over, these are typically reliable and rarely have issues.
