When new this was a brilliant deck, probably better than some more hyped machines and on a par with some Akai top-loaders of which I had 1 or 2.
Nakamichi were just an unaffordable dream back then. New belt required, having found a replacement (R/R) head and struggling to get alignment right with ancient scope & wave generator.

Still hunting the elusive (main) drive belt, if available anywhere on this planet!
