I've own this amp for a few days now (bought second hand) and it is robust, stylish and gives a crystal clear sound.

re: AU-2200

This amp is the jewel of my collection. It will be 41 years old and is as close to mint condition as the day it was new. I've matched it with Cerwin-Vega U103 speakers and the set beats everything else I've heard. If you own one of these, hang on to it!

re: AU-2200

fantastic sounding amp...and for the money? a complete steal - had this amp since I was aged 4 years old, still works perfectly... they simply don't make them like this anymore...

re: AU-2200

I bought that stereo amplifier back in 1976 and it's "today" april the 27th 2016 and i have been moving around many times and it still work just as if it is new...Never had any problems what so ever.. I have the speakers matching it ( LM-110 ) and "GEE" they sound just GREATTTTT..Now a days products do not last that long... Just wondering whyyyy
