Awesome amp. Pretty deep and fast bass (thanks to damping of 80) and crystal highs. Sounds warm and great at all. I have it for about ten years. Bought it from first owner in like new condition with all rubber caps in original box and 100% original inside. I listened it with SABA 60L, Celestion Ditton 15XR, Coral CX-5 MkII, Universum System-6000, Fisher Studio Standard STE-1070. With all of them it sounds great. It's really superb amp and quite rare.

re: AU-6900

Dear Sirs,
first of all thank you so much for this great site.
Then i have a friend willing to sell me his au-6900.
From what i understand it is quite rare. The au-7900 seems much more common in comparison.
But i do not know if it is a similar design or not.
I would like to understand if it is really so good sounding as my friend sustains.
I like amps able to reproduce a nice 3D soundstage, with the right recordings of course.
Of all the features the 3D effect is the one that amazes me most.
Thank you all very much for your advice.
kind regards,
gino _Italy
